Purpose of the Procedure
Bhblasted S.r.l. Società Benefit has adopted an internal procedure for reporting ethical and legal violations, in compliance with Legislative Decree No. 24/2023, with the aim of promoting transparency and preventing unlawful conduct. Reports may be submitted anonymously or with identification, through the electronic portal, dedicated phone lines, or by arranging a direct meeting with the Supervisory Body (Organismo di Vigilanza, “OdV”).

Confidentiality
Bhblasted ensures the confidentiality of both the whistleblower and the reported person. No form of retaliation or discrimination will be tolerated against individuals who make reports in good faith.
Protections
Full protection against retaliatory or discriminatory actions.
The procedure includes safeguards to prevent “bad faith” or false reports, with sanctions applicable in cases of abuse.
